Volunteer Application for the 24th Korean Cultural Heritage Festival

We are looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers to help make the 23rd Annual Korean Cultural Heritage Festival a success! Volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event and creating a memorable experience for all attendees.

VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES · 봉사 업무

What You'll Be Doing

Volunteers will assist with various tasks, including:

  • Welcoming and guiding visitors
  • Helping vendors with booth setup and breakdown
  • Assisting with event logistics
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment

오리엔테이션 · Rehearsal & Training MANDATORY
  • Date: Friday, July 17, 2026
  • Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Location: Swangard Stadium, Burnaby, BC
  • Volunteers will receive training and briefings to prepare for the event
  • 7/17 (금) Swangard Stadium
  • 시간: 4pm – 7pm
  • 오리엔테이션 날 별도의 준비물 없습니다
행사 당일 · Event Day
  • Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026
  • Time: 09:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Location: Swangard Stadium, Burnaby, BC
  • Water, lunch, dinner, volunteer shirt, etc. will be provided
  • In accordance with the festival’s policy, no pets are allowed
  • After the event, you can request a Volunteer Certificate from your volunteer team leader
  • 7/18 (토) Swangard Stadium
  • 시간: 오전 9시 – 오후 8시
  • 물, 식사, 자원봉사 셔츠 등등 제공
  • 애완동물 데려오시면 안됩니다
  • 행사 마친 후, 본인이 속한 자원봉사팀 리더에게 Volunteer Certificate 요청하시면 됩니다
