This festival offers four types of participation — Independent Brand Booths, Shared Open Market, Food Booth, and Food Truck — tailored to the scale and objectives of your business.

Independent Brand Booth

10’ × 10’ Private Tent — Designed for businesses seeking professional brand promotion, sales, and autonomous operation. Pricing is based on zone location and advertising value.

⭐ P Zone — Prime

$700

Adjacent to the Main Stage, Food Zone, and Experience Zone. Maximum brand exposure and highest visitor volume.

S Zone — Standard

$500

Along primary thoroughfares of the festival grounds. Steady visitor flow and consistent brand visibility.

Shared Open Market — $150

Community support program in partnership with IYOU Market, dedicated to fostering local small businesses, independent artists, and creators.

Each participant receives a designated 6ft table and chairs within a collective pavilion. Independent tent installations are not permitted.

Food Booth — $1,000

📌 Includes $165 permit fee to the City of Burnaby.

A dedicated food booth space for vendors serving prepared food and beverages. Subject to availability and organizing committee approval.

Food Truck — $665

📌 Includes $165 permit fee to the City of Burnaby.

Space for a self-contained food truck unit on the festival grounds. Subject to availability, size requirements, and committee approval.

Note

All available booths include one table and two chairs unless specifically requested for more.

Review & Adjustment — Upon receiving the application, the organizing committee will review the business scale and nature of the applicant. We reserve the right to request a change in booth category if the application does not align with the intended zone's criteria.
Fairness Policy — All booth assignments are finalized by the committee to ensure the overall quality of the festival and fairness among all participants.
Cancellation & Insurance — Please note that all booth fees are non-refundable upon cancellation. Each exhibitor is responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage for their booth and displayed items.
